Communication

To facilitate enhanced communication of personnel policy guidance between Human Resources and all University administrators and/or supervisors, all such information will be published as numbered Personnel Information Memoranda.

Guidance information previously disseminated by the Human Resources Department will be reviewed, and where appropriate, updated and republished as numbered memoranda.

Distribution

Personnel Information Memoranda are available online as a resource to consult regarding matters of personnel administration.

I hope our use of numbered memorandums will achieve the improved communication of guidance information that administrators and supervisors have indicated to me that they need.
