Erica Roth

Erica is the talent acquisition consultant for temporary employment in the Human Resources department.

Erica has been with UNC Charlotte since 2019. Erica received a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Dayton and a master’s degree in human resources management from Webster University. She has 15 years of career experience in Human Resources.

Erica is originally from Ohio and is married with two daughters that attend Hickory Ridge High School. She spends all of her free time watching and supporting both girls who are heavily involved in both Club and High School soccer.
